Since 1993, JATI JANA (M) SDN BHD has provided services to the nation in various sectors. The company is fully owned by Bumiputera with principal activities in Facility Maintenance, Fire Protection, Civil Works, Marine Works, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at its initial stage.

JATI JANA is registered with the Pusat Khidmat Kontraktor (PKK) Class "B" and Class "I" respectively. The company is also registered with Ministry of Finance (MOF) and Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB) with a G7 grade.

The company intends to become one of the leading players in all its activities. As part of its dynamic expansion program to venture into oil & gas sector, the company has employed few key persons with knowledge and experiences in this industry.
